We moved here in !993 and we absoulutely love it here-great place to own a business and a home. Schools are great and shopping couldn’t be better with Mall of Georgia, Discovery Mills and Gwinnett  Place Malls within 10 miles of our home! We started in the Real Estate Business here in1993 selling homes in the Suwanee area and found affordable homes with appreciation ranging from 3% to as much as 10%. We have relocated many friends, family, corporate transferees, and a lot of folks from around Atlanta.
